From August 2010 to date received the High Specialty Office for the Outpatient clinics for Candidacy to Heart Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support participating to the organization of a Patient-Centered Outpatient Clinic with the collaboration of Cardiologists and Internists of the Monaldi Hospital and of the Second University of Naples. ̈ Obtained High Speciality Office for outpatient clinics for candidacy to heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support from 2010 to 2019. ̈ Organised and maintained pathway for patients from heart failure to mechanical circulatory support and transplantation for convenience of patients. ̈ Established a patient-centered multifunctional team to resolve customer issues promptly. ̈ Presented as Best Reviewer by Editorial Board of the ASAIO Journal in ̈ From January 2019 Secretary of Italian Society of Organ Transplantation (SITO) ̈ From June 2020 Associate editor for ESC Heart Journal and member of the Editorial Board ̈ From September 2020 is member National Scientific Board of National Centre for Transplantation ̈ From January 2021 is ESOT Ambassador ̈ From March 2021 Executive editor for Transplant International, member of the Technology Task Force
