Urology, Pediatric urology and Andrology

Urology experience: During my 21 years of urology I have gained wide experience in core urology. I ran the Day Procedure Unit lists and I have regularly supervised my junior colleagues in core urology training, which I enjoyed as part of my educational interest. Uro-oncology and laparoscopy: I have declared my interest in uro-oncology early in my career. Since then I have had excellent exposure to this field. Endourology and stone management: I have started my urology training in the UK with good background endourology experience, especially having come from a region where urinary tract stone disease is endemic. Andrology: Whilst I had limited exposure to this field during my current training, I have developed some skills in the management of men with infertility and erectile dysfunction during my prior posts. I have personally performed semi-rigid penile prosthesis implantation in erectile dysfunction patients before my UK training. Female urology: I have been involved in the management of female urology patients on the ward and in the out patient department. I am an honorary lecturer at Queens University and continue to fulfil my academic ambitions in teaching undergraduate medical students. Postgraduates
