Foot and Ankle Surgery

Born in Reggio Calabria in 1974, graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 1998, specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology since 2003. Currently he practices at the Department of Sports Traumatology and Knee Surgery of the Gemelli Polyclinic Foundation in Rome. For many years he has been carrying out his surgical activity dealing mainly with hand and wrist and foot and ankle pathologies, in particular with their surgical treatment with both arthroscopic and open techniques. He is one of the leading experts in the percutaneous treatment of the forefoot in particular of hallux valgus with third generation techniques. He is also involved in the study of the biomechanics of the foot and has gained a great deal of experience in the field of orthotic insoles.
